This image was one of a group I created as concepts for Reebok Outperform athletic apparel. Reebok liked the stitched logo idea so much, they asked to see it applied to the Outperform series of ads. For this image, I used the Reebok logo as a stitched version which I created by hand in Photoshop, and then I created stitched type by hand in Photoshop following an Outperform type lock-up provided by the design team. I created hanging threads, and shadows for those threads, to create a photo-realistic effect. This stitched type lock-up was used in Reebok Outperform ads that ran in major U.S. publications.
