This image was one of a group I created as concepts for Reebok Classics ads featuring actress Samaire Armstrong, most well-known for her role in the show The OC. I was given a studio photo of Samaire wearing a plain cap and asked by the art director to add a Reebok Classics shoe illustration as if it was printed onto the cap. Additionally, I was asked to find and add images of pins and jewelry to the cap, adding photo-realistic shadows and highlights. I made these changes to the existing photo, and this concept was shown to Reebok and to Samaire and her representatives.
