Reebok wanted to create a series of ads featuring Venus Williams for their line of Outperform activewear. I was given images of Venus to color-correct and retouch for dust and scratches. For this image, additional retouching was needed to open up one of the player's eyes which was half-closed in the original. I used techniques in Photoshop to achieve this result. The design team then created ads from these images. This image was one of a series of Reebok Outperform ads that ran in major U.S. publications and appeared on OOH billboards.
