Pepsi: Aluminum Bottles, Label Wraps and Embossing
These images were part of a series I created as concepts for Pepsi packaging in America based on aluminum Pepsi containers already popular in other countries. I shot an image of an example bottle from Japan and used that as the base image to show label concepts created by the design team. For one group of images, I embossed concepts created by the design team onto the metal bottles, creating over 20 different options. For another group of images, I showed concepts created by the design team as screen-printed onto the metal bottles, creating over 30 different images. For both groups, I used Photoshop to emboss designs or wrap the concept labels onto the bottles and created shadows and highlights on top of those designs to create a more photo-realistic effect. These comps were then presented to the client.
