Fashion Production Drawing: Mens Hooded Parka

Following direction from the designer and several physically produced samples, I drew this hooded parka form in Illustrator showing all stitch lines, seams, pockets and closures. I drew several versions showing the parka with and without a faux-fur lining and showing the hood in an unzipped state. Then I created versions with body colors from a swatch palette and added those versions to a linesheet along with general production details about the garment for internal presentation. Final image versions were then entered into a packet program along with all the measurements and other relevant information needed to produce this piece of clothing, and the packet was sent to the overseas production factory for physical sampling.
