IMG 2: The main page of this CDextra features video of G. Love in his kitchen talking about his favorite recipes. Navigation is via the recipe card buttons at the bottom, which represent different segments of the cooking show, from buying ingredients to preparation. The content is made entirely from editing hours of raw video footage into bite-size snippets to create faster pacing and highlight funny moments along the way.
IMG 3: The Shopping section is split into various clips depending on the ingredient. G. Love and his friend go shopping for vegetables, meat, and pasta in Philadelphia, his hometown. Video plays in the recipe card and a title appears above, representing each leg of their trip.
IMG 4: In The Beverages section, G. Love and his friend go to his parents' house to raid their refrigerator for beverages.
IMG 5: In The Cookin' Show section, G. Love takes the user through a step by step process of how to make his favorite meal. The menu includes grilled eggplant, roasted peppers, and seafood linguine. The cooking "show" takes place in his home kitchen.
IMG 6: To view the entire show as a continuous sequence, the user simply selects the first recipe card, and each section appears one after another automatically. The user can also skip ahead to a favorite section using the recipe cards in the main menu.
