The artist wanted to make a T-shirt to go along with the album release of Pink. This shirt would be sold exclusively in Hot Topic stores. The artist provided me with a photo he took of a VHS tape with the tape pulled out in a tangle. I composited the label art I had previously created for the iTunes booklet image onto this tape's label. I inverted the image so it would work better on a black T-shirt base and offset the RGB color channels of the image (excluding the label text) to create the final artwork for the front of the Pink T-shirt. For the back image, I took the picture of the 3.5 inch floppy disc from the Pink CD disc art, inverted it, and created a type-lockup of the band's name underneath using the album title font. I created a T-shirt mockup showing art in position and sent the full-size art and mockup to the merch production company.
